Joining the volunteers at MKHR
Milton Keynes Hospital Radio is staffed entirely by volunteers who undertake the many activities that are required to keep the radio station on air. We're always on the lookout for new volunteers to join the team. Whether you want to present a show or just chat to the patients and collect requests, being a volunteer at MKHR is not only rewarding, but also a lot of fun. If you feel that Hospital Radio may be the thing for you, then please watch the video below for more information on what to expect.
When we receive your application, we will invite you to a New Members Indcution, which are held regularly at the hospital. We'll explain who we are, what we do and how we do it, we'll show you around the studio and give you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.
